I have plantar fasciitis. No sandals I have found were ever comfortable. I usually wear wool socks for the extra heel padding and shoe inserts. But I wanted a summer sandal for the beach. I also have an injury to my big toe and am always embarrased by flip flop type shoes which also kill my heels. Well Bali is amazing! KEEN Bali Sandal covers the top of 3-4 toes to protect against scrapes and bumps. I tried walking on the sidewalk scraping where my big toe would normally be but the toe bumper took all the impact. I also wear these into the shower at the gym and wear them around the house as slippers. They are just so comfortable! If I didn’t live in new england I would wear these outside in the winter lol. They are not like regular sandals they have cushioning and are so comfy. They also dry super fast!

This product came to me functioning properly except for the work light (which was a loose wire and I fixed it easily). I followed the instructions for charging and then used its power inverter to charge a few small electronics I have. Everything worked great. I then used Wagan 400-Watt to power a laptop pc and it lasted about 45 minutes. I re-charged it again and left it sit for about 2 months. My car battery died because I hadn’t driven it in 3 weeks so I brought the power wagon out, and it functioned exactly as advertised. Of course it advertises that you can let it sit for 6 months, but it still has a great charge level after jumping the car so that is a good sign. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for something to run larger appliances (even if they are within the advertised range of wattage) off of for more than a minute or two. If you’re looking for a portable battery jumper/light/pump/radio or a little extra power to charge mp3 players or phones (the usb power function is great) while away from civilization (and weight isn’t an issue) than this is a great product for you.

As a custom homebuilder, I have owned many different brands of generators including Honda, generac, coleman, yamaha, and John Deere. This Makita has been as good or better than any and is easily the best for the dollar. Especially well liked by my men is the auto idle feature along with the fact that even at open throttle this unit is very quiet, very important whe running 8 hours a day. The only problem I’ve had so far in 6 months use is a broken starter rope.Just recievd the Makita G6100R 6100 Watt Generator and was very impressed on how Makita G6100R generatorworked. Filled with oil and gas, gave one pull on the starter cord and started to run. Ran my entire house on the generator (with a 20 AMP twist lock plug wired into my circuit panel)for 5 hours with no problems. Has great features normally found on higher priced models. Idle switch is great along with smooth and QUIET running Robin (Subaru made) engine. Can’t beat the price either! Get the wheel kit, this generator is heavy!

A couple of months ago we wanted to go rafting down the Truckee river in Lake Tahoe, but they wanted to charge us $35 per person and it was already late too. So we decided to come back some other time with our own boat and gear. About a month ago, I bought a Intex Seahawk 2 Boat Set inflatable boat from Amazon and some life saver vests for my boys. I had no previous experience rafting down a river, so I wanted to be cautious. The weather forecast was more windy and colder than the day before. However, after 3 and a half hours of rafting we made it! There were times when I thought the boat was just gonna break from the rocks and tree branches hanging on the river. Other times when the river became more aggressive we just hold to the boat really hard and the boat did pretty good. I was really impressed that at the end of the trip after hitting rocks, branches and bridges columns the boat looked like new. We saw other boats almost full of water and just about to die, but our boat looked just fine. I would highly recommend this awesome boat.
