Solely had this for a daylight thus I have not explored all options, only I’ve utilized Actron scanners for years Actron CP9185 Elite immediately – they are awesome for weekend warriors. They don’t have wholly of the functionality of the Snap-On, Matco and OEM scanners – just Actron’s scanners are fast, simple and reliable. Perfect for those of us that motive a scanner merely can’t justify spending $1500-$15,000 on the high ending stuff.I’ve employed the entire gambit of scanners, and these little orange things do nearly 80% of what the large boys do, for a fraction of the price. Continue in judgement that no scanner will prepare the machine for you, if you actually don’t know your way about mod electronic controls and automotive service, this will not assistant you. Bought the CP9185 Autoscanner. Pluged it into my 2001 Tacoma and read the codes. Looked up what to do to repair the codes. Did it and then reread the codes and they were gone. Corking tools to permit you know what is moving on with your vehicle. Gives you a fortune to make things your self, saving you large bucks. Haven’t had the scanner genuine long and do not know how to exercise totally the features yet, just would recommend it to anyone wanting to know what their codes are. It was identical tardily to use.
